We had the most incredible night and can't thank the band enough for making our dream wedding come true! They were ABSOLUTELY incredible and the guests have been raving about them all week. The band is so talented and they brought the energy all night long! The dance floor was packed from start to finish and the songlist was on point. I also wanted to praise the vocalist who sang our first dance song the song is definitely not a common choice for a first dance and the band played it perfectly. I can't say thank you enough.

We had the absolute best time! I’ve seen
a town a few times and they are always amazing but Saturday at our wedding they were phenomenal!!! They put on the best show I’ve ever seen!! Multiple people came up to me and my family and asked who the band was and where they were from, everybody loved them and kept on bragging about them!! I could not have asked for a more perfect Night!! They made my entire wedding please tell them how much we appreciated them!! They played all the right music, I’m telling you.. everything was absolutely perfect!! Their energy, their vibe, it definitely fit our crowd!! We loved them!!!

A Town A List was OUTSTANDING. I thought they started off slow….with just instrumental dinner music by my goodness did they crank it up! They were incredible. I am still on a high from the event and my feet haven’t touched the ground yet. Max and Gabby will never wish for a DJ over a band again. They have apologized so many times since Sunday. I am going to milk this for the rest of their days. 😊

A Town A List was phenomenal! The band was communicative, flexible, and had the dance floor utterly packed. The sound tech was SO flexible with numerous requests from the family and wedding party and really made sure everything was seamless. He was particularly great!
Overall, I have 0 complaints. This was a great process both prewedding and on the wedding day! Big fan of A Town A List!

When we were planning our wedding, I think the vendor we had the most anxiety about choosing was the band. We got a list of bands from our wedding planner to check out and looked through online videos, social media etc. but for us, we still felt like we wanted to see the band in person before choosing. We went with our gut and booked ATownAList and we are SO HAPPY we did. When we talk to our wedding guests, the band is consistently mentioned as one of the best parts – I’m not kidding, our guests LOVED them. These guys absolutely killed it! They played our first dance and the parent dance songs live and did an excellent job. They made our introduction into the venue SO fun. They played an eclectic mix of songs that kept our guests (of all ages) on the dance floor all night! The entire band came with amazing energy and added so much to our big day. Overall, we think they were incredible. We’ve had multiple people say that’s the best wedding band they’ve ever seen, and my sister and her husband actually saw them at a different wedding a year or so back and said that they were even better this time around.
Some specifics:
1. We think their vibe during the cocktail hour was perfect, just light background music that let people throughout the venue have easy conversations.
2. They learned the one song we specifically requested, which was awesome. It also seemed like they learned a few more we gave them an intermission playlist with some songs that they ended up actually playing live. I specifically remember All The Small Things by Blink 182 and My Own Worst Enemy by Lit being played live instead of our intermission playlist. Totally unexpected since these weren’t on their setlist online but they crushed it!
3. We liked how they did a good job of involving the crowd and us, while not overdoing it either.
4. They did a great job at matching the energy throughout the night, starting with some oldies and gradually ramping up.
Overall, they were amazing and will probably impact how I view other wedding bands in the future!

Hey Katie! Thank you so much for the well wishes. We had the most unbelievable night of our lives, and all of the guests were ranting and raving about Atown Alist! One friend of mine said she had never seen guests stay so long and dance until the bitter end. Another friend offered the band $1000 to play for 30 more minutes. That says a lot.
We thought they were absolutely wonderful and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! Sam Hill kept in contact via email and asked very specific questions about what we wanted. I really cannot say enough complimentary things about Atown Alist or Sam Hill Entertainment! I will definitely be recommending them to friends in the future!

We found our experience in working with Sam Hill Entertainment to be complete professionalism. From the initial contact, to the follow up, to the wedding details, expectations etc. completely professional. It was a Greek wedding so when the band was off the Greek DJ was on and the two entertainers worked so well together.
The band was AMAZING!
It was a nonstop party. I'm not sure if they had a set playlist or read the room and responded accordingly but they were fantastic.
Such high energy and entertainment. Absolutely everyone has commented on how fabulous the band was. I would book them again without hesitation.

I gave Ryan a call yesterday before leaving for the airport –and you are at the top of my list of people to thank today!! In a nutshell – they were GREAT!! High energy – super interactive – and kept attendees on the dance floor literally for hours! I’ll shoot you over some phone footage I have (I’m terrible at taking videos) – but have to tell you that the band kept everyone on the dance floor having SO much fun!! Ryan knocked it out of the park with the song choice and everyone was singing along waving their glow foam sticks, and dancing/jumping around! It just was the perfect last night blow out and it wouldn’t have been a success without each and every one of the team!!
Thank you, Ryan, and the entire band and team for working so tirelessly to make our Bash a huge success!! The dancers, musicians, DJ, accounting team, setup crew, etc. It wouldn’t have been the same with any other band or DJ!! You were the PERFECT choice!!! I could see that every band member and Mami Chula were giving it their ALL and executing their very best!! It means everything to me and I’m just so grateful!! Everyone truly cared about this event and it showed 100%!!

As mother of the bride I can tell you my feet are still moving. I danced all night as well as many of our guests. My feedback from our guests about the band was amazing. The weekend went very well. There were between 10,000 and 12,000 in attendance. The band was amazing! I have been hearing over and over how much they were liked. Honestly, I really didn’t get a chance to sit down and enjoy the show. I was running around like a crazy person trying to solve all of the problems that crop up on the day of the festival. The band was incredible!! Chris and every band member were absolutely outstanding with communication from almost arrival, to arriving onsite, to all queuing. Seriously, everyone was impressed and all the guests did NOT want them to end. Such a good time!

WOW! ATown AList was AMAZING. They exceeded even our wildest dreams. From the moment they arrived onsite, they were friendly as we chatted. At one point about 2 hours before the ceremony, I heard music playing from the main room and I said to my groomsmen That must be recorded music just testing the speakers and such and we went over to look and nope, it was ATown doing their sound check! They were professional, courteous, and so so generous.
The set list they designed was incredible. They knew how to capture the energy of the crowd and kept the party going all night long. They executed the Hora medley exactly as we asked for it, and it made the night even more special. Every single guest commented that they were one of the best wedding bands they had ever seen. They engaged the crowd on the dance floor and kept everyone smiling and dancing. And it even felt like they knew us without asking! They played throwback songs from our childhood days, and even had the horn section soloing during a Stevie Wonder song. They were just incredible.
ATown truly lived up to their reputation on both a performance level and a customer service level. We would highly recommend them to any and every couple looking for an amazing party.

I have to say that this has been the best band experience that we have ever encountered. They not only were outrageously entertaining, but they were engaging on a personal level, rocked until the very last minute of the night and we have heard nothing but compliments from all of our guests, and equally the staff that manage the venue. I would expect that you get more calls from this band from people who attended our event. Sam Hill was also a pleasure to work with. Covid sure threw a lot at you and the band, but you all were professional, kept us apprised of what we needed to think about and were incredibly flexible with the rebookings.

Not only did they play great music, but their interactions with us and our wedding guests and overall energy was top notch. 10/10 would recommend this band. Worth every single penny!
And Sam Hill Entertainment was an absolute pleasure to work with. So professional, extremely friendly and easy to work with and very flexible. We had to move our wedding 4 times because of the pandemic not only dates but venue also and they were beyond helpful. What a great company!

Hi Andrew, I'm not sure I can even describe in words how AMAZING the band was and what an incredibly special and memorable evening we had because of them!!! I'm so grateful Lindsay and Scott heard ATown AList at a cousin's wedding a couple of years ago and insisted on using them. I truly believe our guests had the best wedding experience of their lives...I know I did! No one sat down for 4 hours; it was constant dancing, singing and celebrating. Every single band member was fully engaged in making our experience the best, the song choices were perfect and the vocal renditions were unbelievably authentic. I think they had as much fun as the guests.
Honestly, I don't think there's a rating high enough for them...they were 100 out of 10!
The total experience of working with Sam Hill to plan and set everything up was super seamless. It was one of the easiest aspects of pulling together a very complex, detail oriented wedding weekend for us while working with so many vendors.

ATown AList exceeded all of our expectations at Amanda and Sam’s wedding reception. Since they had played at my oldest daughter’s wedding a few years back, I knew the level of talent was exceptional and they did not disappoint. Despite having to alter the playlist to adjust to the venue restrictions about dancing and congregating, they were able to perform an awesome set that provided just the right atmosphere during the entire night. And we were even able to slip in a few dances at the end of the evening! The band was great to work with and I have one more daughter that would love to have them perform at her wedding sometime down the road.

We were all super happy with The ATown AList. We knew that having a live band would be key to getting the right vibe for the party, and we knew that an OK band just wouldn’t do. We were really excited to book ATown, but I have to say they really exceeded our expectations. We were a small crowd in a small venue, but they still made the event seem BIG. They brought energy and excitement, read the crowd so well, and had the dance floor full all night. Everyone felt included and had a good time. My wedding coordinator went out of her way the next day to tell me all the ways they had been accommodating, especially with the sound, and I have to say, they got that perfect. It was intense all night, but never painful, and we all just had a blast! Our wedding guest list was entirely from out of state: Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Denver, Boston, Atlanta, Charleston, Albuquerque, Mobile, San Diego, London …. and many more places everyone was impressed and raving! You made us look so good!
I know you represent bands in Houston, so I’m hoping someday to see ATown here. If I ever get a chance, I will definitely recommend them. And it’s been super easy working with Sam Hill as well.

I'm sure this won't surprise you, but the band was AN ABSOLUTE HIT!!!!!! Literally from the moment guests put their forks down, every single person was up and dancing. I pointed this out to my father and he started beaming with pride, and then I overheard him tell this to my mother and our family... It sounds like a little thing, but it really meant a lot to us. Throwing a wedding at home is... all kinds of stressful. My greatest wish was that my parents would be happy and proud of how everything turned out. And thanks to the band, they really were. Me and my friends/the kids can't stop laughing about how the grownups were hogging the dance floor for the first hour. What a dream.

ATown AList was a wonderful choice for Megan and Turner’s wedding!! It’s really hard to express just how great they were! The music was fantastic, song choices were perfect, and they kept such a great party going the whole evening. The dance floor never cleared at all. There was never a song where people stopped dancing!
And they were great to work with. They had wonderful attitudes, were easy going with the schedule and just wanted all of us to enjoy ourselves… and we did! SO MUCH FUN!

I wanted to check in with you and let you know what a fabulous time everyone had at the wedding last night. It was crowded, warm and humid, but no one cared!! ….. thanks to the energy and positive attitudes of the band members of ATown AList. After 39 years, hundreds of events and countless bands, they could not have been more enjoyable to work with. Talent is one thing, (no lacking there), but combined with a great attitude it makes for a class act. Graylyn is a unique, but challenging venue for any band, and I heard not one complaint from any of the members and sensed nothing but cooperation, teamwork and intent to leave only the best impression on me and everyone in attendance. James the lead singer could not have been more kind, patient and respectful and I know it was a long day for them, so I hope they returned home safely with only the best memories of their time here in WinstonSalem. The band packed up quickly and I just wish I could have thanked them again. So, please share my sentiments. What a great night!!
And thank you for all your help, too!! It has been a pleasure. And Andy led the way with our contract and it couldn’t have turned out any better.

We just submitted our review to The Knot! So sorry we did not have a chance to connect with the band directly and thank them for their brilliant performance on Saturday. I wish I could go back in time and hug each and every one of them...too frazzled during our departure! We were SO impressed and we had the most amazing time.
The number of times we have since heard a version of HOW did you find that band? They were SO AWESOME! ...cannot begin to count. They crushed it and we could not have been more pleased. We literally have zero complaints. We were so pumped when they orchestrated that little dance off between two of our crazy friends...definitely top 5 memory of the evening. I just wish we could do it all again.

First off, the band was awesome! All seats were empty and the dance floor full the entire night. They worked the crowd very well keeping everyone moving and engaged. We had some great moments when they called the Bride and Groom up on stage!
I simply can't say enough. All the feedback from everyone, 210 in attendance,was that they were awesome. One young girl told us that she had more fun at this wedding than at her own!

Thanks for your followup regarding A Town A List and their performance at Caroline's wedding. We had a ball and everyone in the band was great. When we got way behind on the Day's event timeline, they adjusted beautifully and played almost a solid two hours straight without a break. They interacted beautifully with the crowd, kept everyone excited and enthused, and seemed to enjoy playing the music just as much as we enjoyed dancing and listening to it. In fact, a few of us who have now been to multiple events where A Town A List has played, are considering becoming the Dead Head equivalent of groupies who simply follow these guys around from venue to venue.
I made it a point to personally thank every member of the band, as well as their support team, for such a great party honoring my daughter Caroline. Come to think of it, they might not have appreciated the sweaty Father of the Bride giving each of them a big thank you hug, but I did it anyway. I only expect my daughter to get married once and these talented musicians and entertainers made it a perfect celebration for everyone who attended. Please let them know how appreciative I am of their talent, their engaging style, and their professionalism.

They had the dance floor packed even before salads were served. Jason and I will never forget eating our salads while being surrounded by our family/friends dancing around us. Let me just say that after the first 45 people that come up to you, in all sincerity, to tell you that the band is great… best I have ever seen at a wedding… get me their card, well you sort of run out of things to say other than thanks, I agree. But when it becomes almost everyone one who attended that is saying that, well that is quite a statement. ATAL was beyond a hit – they made the party – they were stupendous. We knew that the musicianship would be top notch (although was even better live, and the guitar player blew people away especially when doing the Stones), but what can’t come through on video are the personalities and the chemistry of every member of the group. The kids wanted to invite them all to the after party just to hang but it was already late and I knew they had a long drive ahead! I can’t tell you how grateful I am that you all learned an extra new song – Into the Mystic going into the couple’s favorite song of all time, DITD, was the tone setter for the evening. Annie, I kid you not when saying that the dance floor was packed from beginning until the end at 1 AM other than for mandatory breaks. Someone commented to me that at one point they looked around from the dance floor and swore that not a person was sitting. Another person commented that they had never seen the floor packed at the very end of a party, that usually it starts dwindling, but not here. Others marveled at the variety of the music selection and how each was pitch perfect. And about a dozen people came up to me after and the next day to tell me, unequivocally, that this was the best Hora they have ever seen (which was a specific request of mine which I appreciate you guy taking to heart)! You need two things for a great party: a great crowd and a great band – nothing else matters. We were so fortunate to have them both. Please extend our heartfelt thanks and admiration to Genevieve, Dustin, James and the rest (I apologize I can’t remember the names). Feel free to use us as a referral at any time.

The ATown AList was AMAZING!!!! The band was definitely the highlight of the night. I met beforehand with the lead singer and just told him to play along with the crowd.. I do not think there was a point in the night where at least 3/4 of the guests were NOT on the dance floor!! Which is AWESOME!! The dance floor was jam packed all night long!

Thanks for the congratulations! I honestly CANNOT say ENOUGH WONDERFUL AMAZING things about the band!! Like I wish we were friends with all of them and could hang out, they are so fun, cool, talented, lively, and they kept people dancing the whole night through. Just when we thought it couldn't get better they would play something else and mix it up and seriously no ONE wanted to leave the dance floor!! They were INCREDIBLE!!! And the best decision we made the whole wedding (outside our venue and planning team)!! Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing and fun and how they were the best wedding band they have ever heard (which is why we picked them of course; duh; haha). Nick and I are praying we keep up our hard work and careers up so we'll have another excuse to throw another massive party/event and invite these guys back to play at it!!! Seriously.

I have heard all positive feedback about ATown AList, for both their jazz trio and the full band performance. Everyone seemed to have an amazing time dancing, the vocals were terrific, the guests loved it! The band was perfect. All day yesterday every text message, email or phone call was all about the band. How did we find them? The dance floor was packed all night. They were amazing and could play anything. They made the party! I think the biggest compliment was that you could not get people off of the dance floor.
As for Sam Hill….I never met anyone in person but emailing worked very well. Communication was excellent. Great job!

The ATown AList band was spectacular and so so far beyond our expectations!
We were overwhelmed and thrilled with how fabulous the band was. The dance floor was full all night and we had just the most spectacular time with a lot of the credit going to that amazing group of performers. ATown AList was simply amazing at Elise & Ethan's wedding in September We could not have asked for a more talented, professional team to perform at their wedding. As promised, they moved the crowd, sang spectacularly, and delivered a performance unmatched from any other wedding we have been to. We are nearly 3 months later and our guests are still raving about the band. Thanksgiving day was the first time since the wedding we had an opportunity to see some of the people who attended the reception. So many of our relatives and friends are still talking about how much fun they had. In the words of our videographer, ATown blew off the roof of the elegant country club!

I wanted to take the time and thank you for everything! The band was hands down the best part of the reception, which is just the way I wanted it. Guest after guest commented on how awesome the band was. They were all very sweet too. In all the craziness, my Husband and I did not get to dance much. My Husband asked the band for another last dance and they were nice enough to deliver. They even took the time to learn the song for my grandparents, When Irish Eyes are Smiling, and totally nailed it. The process was so easy and everything turned out perfect! Please know that this email is not being written while I am on a wedding high. I thought about the event this morning and received feedback from many of the guests at the brunch; the consensus is that the band could not have been better. They were polite, enthusiastic, and respectful of the schedule. But what had everyone talking is how good they were! Terrific musicians that were clearly having a great time. Their enthusiasm was infectious. The dance floor was packed. The band played appropriate songs at the appropriate time in such a way that felt spontaneous. They learned Born to Run for the event and killed it!
What really sealed the deal for me was my interaction with the band's manager at the end of the night. He was so nice and congratulatory despite a very long day of travel and performing. The entire band just seemed happy to be there and that went a long long way. You guys have a top notch operation and I will enthusiastically recommend you to anyone I know that needs a band in the southeast. These guys are worth every penny!

Sorry for the delay. We have been trying to catch up after returning from cloud nine and our minimoon at Keswick. What an incredible weekend and last Friday was truly the best day of our lives!
ATown was beyond incredible. WOW. They rocked it!
They worked with us and with our planner very well. I personally spent some time with two of the singers the day of the wedding, and they couldn't have been more genuinely excited to be there and they really catered their sets to our crowd. They (and the rest of the band/crew) are truly talented and every bit of what true professionalism is all about.
We were so very lucky to have been able to book them. Thank you for making that happen.
We received SO many compliments from our guests and one even mentioned having ATown play at their daughter's wedding in 2016 in the NY/Connecticut area. I will need to confirm they are serious about it and if so, will certainly connect you with them if that is OK.

A Town A List crushed it tonight. Like seriously, crushed it. It is really an incredibly feeling as a wedding planner (who thrives off of OCD and Type A attention to detail) when I can fully rely on a band to run an event smoothly. I actually started writing this review at 2am last night because I was so eager to tell you how amazing they were (not that you needed that affirmation) and awoke this morning to a keyboard crushed onto my face... so let that proves the point that you knowing how incredible they were was that important to me.
I have truly never heard so many wedding guests talk so much about the band!!! Everyone was asking who they were, where they were based out of and when they could use them for a next event. I overheard two moms talking about booking them for their daughters weddings because they had to have the best of the best. Everyone was so impressed and blown away. And everyone was dancing the whole entire time, I seriously don't think the dance floor was ever empty! A Town A List knows hows to keep the party going and keep all the guests of all generations entertained!
I will always admire A Town A List's ability to never lose energy. Every time I work with them they never cease to impress me with their professionalism, their charm and their joy. They will always be my favorite band to work with and I will always always recommend my girls to use them. You know a wedding is in good hands with them on stage. You know a bride is going to love her reception when a band takes such a genuine interest and care into making her wedding day perfect.

How can we begin to say thanks for the most FABULOUS night! ATown AList blew the roof off of every dream and expectation we had. Phenomenal, Fantastic, Exciting, Warm, Wonderful, Electric, Endearing, and perfect in every way is how we would describe their performance. We have heard the words That Band Was Amazing from every single one of our guests (and many have repeated it to us more than once)!
We were amazed at how quickly and expertly the band assessed our crowd and then put together an evening that matched their enthusiasm and then took that enthusiasm up to unimaginable levels. From ages 8 to 80 everyone was on the dance floor, everyone was smiling and everyone was having the time of their life!
The Hora was so high spirited and exactly what the bride and groom wanted. The slow dance numbers had tremendous soul and the dance numbers rocked the house!!! We loved each and every member of the band and cannot thank them enough for their energy and their seemingly effortless ability to connect our friends and family. We were so impressed with their musical abilities, their dancing prowess, their huge smiles, and their genuine warmth. We could not envision or imagine a more perfect band for our son's wedding celebration.
Truly, the greatest gift you have given us, is that you have helped us bring joy and create memories for our family and friends that will last for a very long time to come. We are BEYOND THANKFUL.

I hope this finds you doing well! We were absolutely thrilled with the ATown AList! It has been over 3 months from since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments on the Band. Without a doubt, this was the best money we spent on the wedding reception.
Not only did they check all the boxes of professionalism: timely and on time for the day of the wedding, responsive, clear in communication and helpful, but they are incredibly talented! They had wonderful high energy (their promo videos do not do them justice!) and had a terrific read on the crowd they were playing to young and old, fancy New Yorkers and downtoearth Midwesterners. Each and every one of guests had a wonderful time – and they even got my Dad out of the dance floor (this simply never happens). The dance floor was packed the entire reception. Our crowd was also filled with guests that have been on the “wedding circuit” for several years now, and even these very seasoned wedding guests have continued to go on at length about how amazing the ATown Alist was. Wedding band skeptics (yes, those people do exist) were also silenced by the performance of the ATown Alist. The band has great stage presence and vocal talent, but were also flexible and accommodating, they were able to play an extra chorus of one song the crowd was really digging. The breadth of their coverage list was also impressive and perfect for a varied crowd oldie classics, current pop hits and a sprinkling of 90s / 80s. They were on point with song selection based on the list of songs we asked them to play / not play. A member of the band also served as the MC for us during dinner and he did an exceptional job. True professionals that deliver an unparalleled performance.
The ATown Alist and you, Andy, were a true pleasure to work with. As their booking manager, hold on to them! Our expectations were far exceeded! Thanks so much for everything,

Literally, from the kiddos dancing during dinner, to guests dancing all night long even after I brought out three casino tables, the dance floor was full. Thank you for an incredible performance during our wedding reception on November 22nd at The Corcoran Gallery of Art. Your band BLEW. US. AWAY. Since the wedding we have been giving your name to guests and engaged couples who wrote and called us in the days after the wedding to ask Who was that awesome band?. We can not express how much your performance shaped the whole night. All Bobby and I wanted for our reception was good food and a dance party. Things were perfect! Camden and Gavin were having such a great time that they did not want the night to end. Everything about the band could NOT have been better. They were great to work with and played great music. Guests at the yacht club said it was the best band there in the history of the yacht club. They made the partyhappen all night long and kept people on the dance floor that normally don't dance. Our light stixs helped but the band made it an event to remember.
Our daughter Camden got engaged right before Thanksgiving last year and the first thing she wanted to do about wedding planning was get a good band. We listened to so many over the weekend and A town A list was in the top bunch. She said they were over budget but The band makes the party so she chose them. It turned out to be our best decision. EVERYONE loved them and we are thrilled with our memories of that evening. They were nice, courteous, concerned that things went well and made sure that the bride was happy.

We knew from all of the promo videos that we were going to have a great band… I mean seriously, look at those gorgeous videos! We even told all of our friends to get excited about it. Even with all this, we were still blown away. These guys know how to BRING the party… They did a phenomenal job of playing the kind of music that we wanted. We gave some suggestions and some “mustplays,” but they do a wide variety of music styles and ask that you trust them to feel out the crowd. Here’s the thing: trust them. Seriously. Our wedding had a mixed crowd, with about half young 20and 30somethings and half older relatives, and our dance floor was absolutely packed!! They had my 92 year old grandmother up and dancing to Party Rock and loving every second of it (made for some truly great photo opportunities). This was really what we were going for, as we have several more conservative relatives that we worried wouldn’t agree with our partyhard attitude for the wedding, but the band truly made everyone feel at ease, welcome, and happy. Not to mention they play numerous current songs that we were hoping for that aren’t on their website.
They had us going with a group choreographed dance to “Thriller,” there was a mini dance competition between the bride and groom (the bride won), and everyone was literally lying on the floor during the “little bit softer now” part of “Shout!” (more great pictures). If you want the live energetic experience, look no further – ATown AList is the band you want!!! All of the members are amazing, fun, and dedicated to making this an experience that no one will soon forget. Thanks for everything guys!!! Two months later, our friends haven’t stopped talking about how amazing our reception was!

Everyone was asking me that night who is this band, where are they from and our friends said that was the Best wedding/reception they had been too. OH MY GOSH! Our wedding was the most magical, perfect evening of our entire lives! The ATown AList made the whole evening! Leading up to our wedding we had one wish, and that was that everyone had the time of their life! We wanted a huge party and that is definitely what we got with ATown AList!
First let me start by saying that we went out on a limb by booking ATown AList. We have never heard them live, we don't know anyone who has ever heard them live, and we found them on YouTube! This turned out to be the best risk we have ever taken! Leading up to our wedding, everyone at Sam Hill Entertainment was fabulous to work with. All of our calls and emails were returned immediately, and any questions or concerns we had were always addressed promptly. When you are planning your entire wedding there are so many vendors, details and loose ends to deal with it is such a relief when people are so professional and make you feel at ease.
Even though we were completely confident in our choice in hiring this band, when we finally got to meet them before the start of our reception, we knew that they were going to provide us with an amazing night! Right from the start they were totally engaged with all 115 people at our wedding. They coordinated with the members of the wedding party and my father who were giving toasts. They worked with our wedding coordinator in ensuring that they took a break at the right time (which it didn't even feel like they took a single break) and announced our cake cutting and tossing of the bouquet and garter. They even took the time to learn a special song that I wanted to dedicate to my husband. When I asked him the next morning what his favorite part of the whole night was, his response: When the band played I'm the Man! That made me so happy!
Most importantly, this amazing band literally kept every single guest we had on the dance floor the entire night! It was like a dream come true! There were people at our wedding who we never thought we would see dance in a million years, that were on the dance floor having a blast all night long!
If we could relive that night a thousand times we would in a heart beat! Everything about it was magical and the memories we made are unforgettable. We want to thank ATown AList for helping make our wedding a million times better than we ever thought possible!

Good Morning Beth: I don't really know where to start, there are so many wonderful things to share about ATown AList, but first of all they are all great, professional people who are extremely talented and they kept everyone on the dance floor the entire wedding. I knew they would, I saw what they brought at Park Tavern over the summer of last year and with the list of people who would be attending our wedding it was EPIC!
It was interesting to know that they start the night without really a set play list and both the band and the guests feed off the energy and they were truly amazing. I'm a fan, I will travel to see them if they ever play in a public venue again that's within reach. It was everything that I hoped it would be and much, much more. I didn't want it to end.
Rudy introduced me to the crowd before I played a song that I'd chosen to play for my Daughter, Allison from Green Day called Time Of Your Life and once I finished they all posed with me onstage for pictures which I will share all of them with you once we get them back from the photographer. It really meant a lot to me and I know that you have already gotten one booking from my recommendation from an employee of Lake Lanier Islands and several others asked me how to get in touch with the band for future events.
I love live music, I love people who are professional, who are real, and who care about what they do. These young people envelop all the good things in life and helped us make our Daughter's Wedding The Time Of Their Lives. The best money I have ever spent. I will be forever grateful to them.

Your band was PERFECT for our reception! We are not a subdued bunch and were thrilled that we didn't get the regular old wedding type band. We purposely cut out some of the corny old songs like YMCA, etc. and stuck to most newer music and the crowd went wild. Also, the band was VERY patient with all our stage rushers and dancers which meant a lot to us. I have already had calls from friends requesting info on the band for future parties.

ATown was 100% awesome! I knew the band was good but they were even better than expected. We had an absolute blast. Everyone danced from the time they started playing to the end. The only people not dancing were the elderly and physically impaired, no lie. I've been to a lot of weddings and so many times people sit while the band plays and get up once the DJ starts during the bands break. This was the exact opposite. The band and the guest took breaks at the same time. We all needed a breather. I have had peoples tell me, The band made the wedding, Wedding of a lifetime, Best wedding I have every been to. Keep it up guys, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Ryan and the guys “knocked it out of the park”! With such an event (entertaining our customers), there is sometimes apprehension. “Did I make the right choice?” “Will my guest like them?” You get the picture. I wanted to let you know that those fears were quickly put to rest by Ryan and the band. I have never worked with more accommodating folks! Ryan’s words to me were “trust me”. I’m glad I did! A TOWN A LIST WAS AMAZING! I have NEVER been to a wedding where people have chanted one more song at the band. And when they did play one more song, the crowd chanted it again. No one left the dance floor or the reception. I didn't leave until 12:30 am and if the band had kept going, who knows how much longer I would have been there. I can't tell you how many compliments I had on our band, and how many people asked if they could use it at their next event.
The President of the Mardi Gras Association wanted to know how much they were so he could book them for the next Mardi Gras season, ( not sure what their budget was though, so we will see). I am still getting compliments on how amazingly FUN my wedding was, and that was what we were going for, and I know A Town A List played a huge part in that!
Please send them my Gratitude! It truly was a PHENOMENAL NIGHT. At one point the entire room was shaking from people jumping up and down. My dad, who's not the biggest fan of pop music, is now obsessed with I gotta feelin because of the wedding. My mom says he plays it on repeat!!

Well, everyone that was at the reception is still talking about ATeam AList and how fabulous they all were! I can honestly say they are the very best band that I have ever heard. My husband's favorite band has always been the band of oz, but now after hearing your band, well, he has changed his mind! He says that your ATeam AList has it going on and are definitely on their A game, and now his favorite band. We were at a party in Goldsboro last weekend and people there were talking about how great they heard ATeam AList was at the Crawford wedding reception. We confirmed to everyone that what they had heard was true..i sincerely hope that I get another chance to hear them one day......their professionalism and performance was over the top, they had everyone dancing and rocking to every song!

I remember choking a little when Lauren told me how much they cost, but I wanted Lauren to be happy and for her wedding to be a fairy tale......so I said to Lauren, book them if that is what you want. We did book them and I can honestly say that they were worth every penny I spent and then some. Hope to see them on tv or somewhere famous in the future, best money I have ever spent and absolutely no regrets hiring them! They made lauren and sam's wedding reception a fairy tale indeed...........what fabulous memories we will have of that fun filled night!!!!
Lauren's maid of honor Lindsay has a wedding coming up in September, her dad was there and went up to ATeam AList during their break time to inquire about them playing for Lindsay's wedding reception in September. I don't know what has happened since then, but I can honestly say that they must have made and impression on Lindsay's dad and mom.

ATown band exceeded all our expectations on providing entertainment and dancing music for our daughter's wedding! There was not one person sitting down during the reception...there was a whole lot of getting down on the dance floor! Thanks for your email! We were beyond ecstatic about how everything went with the ATown AList band at the wedding. They surpassed everyone's expectations and I know that all of the guests had a fantastic time. We tend to have pretty enthusiastic friends, so I hope we didn't freak them out with the intense close dancing and singing :).
After they found out that PJ and I (as well as most of the wedding guests) went to Princeton, they mentioned that they played there last year at the 10th reunion? I can't believe I didn't realize that we go to reunions every year and I would have been ecstatic to see them just a few months before the wedding.

ATown AList was GREAT!!! They did a fantastic job for us at Sarah and PJ’s wedding reception. I have no complaints whatsoever, and mountains of compliments for them. Everyone in attendance commented how wonderful they thought the band was, and I completely agree. Their music was very professional, the emcee duties were done very well, and they brought enormous energy to the party.
At the end of the night as they were breaking down their equipment I stopped by to give them their tips and thank them, and had a really nice chat with them. On top of being terrific musicians, they seem to be genuinely nice people who enjoy what they do. They must be an “easy sell” for you!

The band was absolutely amazing. Without a doubt it was the best decision of the entire wedding(besides marrying my husband) to hire Atownalist. All of the wedding guests still cannot stop talking about how wonderful the song choices, connection to the crowd and most importantly the amount of fun the band made everyone have. The band made the reception a party that was fun for every single person there.
We were so happy and I still keep replaying the night in my head. I have heard about 10 or so times that it was the best wedding some people had every been to.

Thanks for following up with us on this. The band was awesome. And not just kind of awesome, they were ridiculously awesome. We can't tell you how many of our guests have said ATown was by far and away the best band they have ever seen at a wedding. Most followed that up by saying ATown was the kind of band they'd pay to see in concert.
We picked our wedding venue (The Melting Point) because of our love for music, especially live music. And we booked ATown because we thought they'd be able to put on a show that rivaled the best acts we've seen there. They definitely did not disappoint. From the moment they took the stage to the last song they played, they did a fantastic job. They had all of our friends and family dancing the entire night, and that is exactly what we were hoping for. I'd like to specifically mention the song Ali's Dad wrote for their FatherDaughter dance. On short notice the band was able to learn the song and they played it to perfection, making that moment even more special than it already was.
Ali and I would like to personally thank Ryan and the entire band for making our wedding reception pretty much the most awesome party ever. You guys were everything we hoped for and more. Now we just have to think of another reason to throw a party so we can book you guys again....

The band was incredible. They worked well even with a slightly altered schedule. I think a friend of ours who is getting married next January in Houston decided to book Atown Alist a few days after hearing them at our wedding!
We felt very fortunate to have Ryan and the crew. They are very professional and very talented. Without a wedding coordinator, I was a little apprehensive that things might get off schedule or out of control. The band and the venue worked well together and delivered a spotless evening. We couldn't have been happier!

I was just about to send you an email to sing the praises of the A Town A List! To say that the band was a huge success would be a gross understatement! This was the first time our company has had live music at a holiday party and I was a little nervous at the response (not nervous about the band as I have heard them before and had complete trust) I was not disappointed! The dance floor stayed busy the entire night! The compliments have not stopped coming in and the band is the buzz around the office! Everyone that attended agreed that this was the best party the company has ever had and it is ALL thanks to the A Town A List! I'm so sorry for the delay getting back to youhave been playing catchup since getting back from my honeymoon!
In any event, I'm almost at a loss to express how much we loved ATown AList. When we were first looking for a band, I think I told you that my fiance and I were really apprehensive: we don't usually like wedding bands, and he comes from a very musical family that has incredibly exacting taste. Most bands we listened to we thought sounded cheesy and/or mediocre. But let me just say that when it comes to ATown AList, they are anything but. We were honestly floored by how amazing they were, how talented and charismatic; the dance floor was packed for hours; and even our photographer (who goes to weddings every week) said they were by far the best band she had ever heard. I can't tell you how many people have mentioned the band to us since and said that they were simply blown away. Plus, the guys are so nice and easy to work with. I honestly could go on and on...
Anyway, THANK YOU! And if there's anything I can do (any sort of testimonial to write, etc.) to help spread the word about these guys, please, please let me know.

They were phenomenal. They weren't kind of good, they were absolutely over the top incredible. They showed up early, they were set up, they were prepared, they followed everything in the contract (even the special requests). They were supereasy to deal with I had a million demands, and they met and exceeded all of them.
They were truly one of the highlights of our entire wedding week, which was essentially a week long party culminating with the wedding reception. All of our guests we had 130 people that flew in from all over the United States agreed that the band was one of the best they'd ever heard. One of the girls who told me that had hired Earth, Wind & Fire to do one of her events. That's one of the best compliments a band can receive. They were over the top incredible, and I would never hesitate in a million years to hire them again or recommend them to anyone. We do a lot of big events throughout the year, and people have already been talking about them.
Anyway, big compliments to all of them, and thanks to Sam Hill for recommending them and helping us through the entire process.

As an event planner, I love that they are excellent communicators! That means so much when you are working with a band, especially when working with a band for a wedding!
